Enclosure for electronic equipment with variable connectors

When designing the new innovative enclosure series KS 4400, all requirements to a modern enclosure for electronics have been taken into account. Therefore the enclosure offers a wide range of design and application possibilities. In addition it has a distinctive design and best functionality.

The comprehensive enclosure system presents standard sizes from 12.5mm for a compact solution up to 90 mm for a large volume enclosure. Due to the modular design of the enclosure concept also the connection possibilities are variable. So the number of terminals can be adapted to the actual requirement. On 3 levels up to 30 terminals can be implemented at a width of 22.5 mm.

Besides screw and cage clamp terminals the enclosure series allows as option the use of a DIN rail bus. The DOLD In-Rail-Bus reduces wiring between units and provides fast and reliable data and energy transmission. The gold plated double contacts of the contacting element secure a stable connection to the bus, and increase the systems performance.

The enclosure system not only convinces by optimised space and design scope, but offers also automated and cost efficient production.
